Beschreibung

SUNIX FTL1218 is the cost-effective solution for conversion between 10/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX. It is excellent for keeping your industrial automation applications running continuously and specially designed for reliable and stable operation in harsh industrial environments. Using the fiber optic medium for Ethernet application not only extends networks for a long distance but also be immune from electrical and magnetic interference. This converter supports Link Fault Pass-through feature for users easily tracing network link failures, and make it easier to maintain.

FTL1218 also has many user friendly features such as optional wall and DIN-Rail mounting tool kit, easy wiring terminal block, and low power consumption capability, for users to easily implement FTL1218 into their applications or projects. It is the best solution not only for application in critical factory and industrial environment, but also incorporating industrialized and user friendly design.Link Fault Pass-ThroughLink Fault Pass-Through feature overcomes a problem that when one side of the connection fails, the other side still keeps sending packets to the disconnected side, and waits for responses that would never arrive. This feature is able to disconnect the connection when any side of the connection fails, allowing the administrator to react promptly to system failures.Auto MDI / MDI-XAuto MDI/MDI-X feature allows users to connect converter’s 10/100BaseTX ports to any kind of Ethernet device without paying attention to the straight-through or cross-over Ethernet cable being used for the connection.
